Dr. Tori Dudley
Dr. Tori Dudley is a practitioner of organizational psychology, active with the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP).
Dr. Dudley’s career in psychology spans over a decade, working in corporate, nonprofit and international settings. Her professional background includes clinical, leadership and business development roles with UHS and Acadia; the nation’s leading behavioral health organizations. In 2013, Dr. Dudley began her specialized training in organizational psychology; gaining applied experience in organizational development, program evaluation and change management. Her experience includes both international and cross cultural engagements, partnering with organizations in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Shanghai.
Her professional work is underscored by 14 years of training in psychology and the study of human behavior. Dr. Dudley underwent post doctorate credentialing in Executive Coaching at the University of Miami. She holds a Ph.D. in International Psychology, concentrated in Organizations and Systems from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, along with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology and B.S. in Psychology, both from the University of West Alabama.
Rooted in both her professional experience and the skill set amassed throughout her career, Dr. Dudley founded The Olori Group, and remains committed to the evidence based practice of organizational psych.

Chris Dudley
Chris Dudley is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years of experience and leadership in the corporate sector. His expertise lies in navigating business unit silos to drive the achievement of key cross-organizational enterprise goals and objectives. Throughout his career Chris has developed a skill at capturing internal business process gaps and non-value-added services while identifying the most optimal and cost-effective solutions. As a Lean-Agile Coach & Consultant, he offers effective strategies that draw alignment with key business initiatives and deliver impactful results, in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
As a personal finance guru, Chris is a credentialed Financial Coach for Qube Money and served on the inaugural Advisory Board of Directors for SoFi Money. Chris has a financial coaching approach that empowers clients to examine their core values and adopt behaviors and perspectives towards money that are aligned with what matters most.
Chris holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Purdue University. He is Six Sigma certified and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
